How to Request a Refund:

• Email us at maaeejewels@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions. Once we receive the item, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs:

• Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at maaeejewels@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
